Chris Sidwell ~ Acoustic/Electric/Piccolo Bassist, Recording Artist, Composer & Producer ~ Hello Friends, I am not much for stuffy bios that are written in the third person, so here goes… I have been in the music business for decades, mostly based in Los Angeles, not only as a musician/performer and recording artist but as a successful owner/operator of an independent recording label, Pacific Coast Music. My claim to fame is that I have sold & streamed more music than anyone you have never heard of and I have done it on a grass roots level. My music is a blend of Jazz, R&B and Chill. My influences are Brian Bromberg, Mark King, Stanley Clarke, Jaco Pastorius, Wes Montgomery, Chuck Loeb, Pat Metheny, Joni Mitchell, Larry Klein, Stevie Wonder and Lee Ritenour, to name a few.
