In a world that is spinning relentlessly faster, Fias music makes us stop and think - where are we going and why? Since the debut in 2016, Fia who was raised in the Stockholm area but now living in Rättvik, Dalarna, has explored humanities relation to the physical - to the earth we live on - and the psychological - what makes us discover hidden layers and new roads to explore within ourselves. On stripped down albums, like her debut ”Made of Stars” (2016), followed by ”Legacy of Light” (2017) and ”Waterfall of Wisdom” (2019), she has spellbound listeners all over the world to the degree that she without problem sells out concert halls in metropolises such as Amsterdam and London. At the same time she is a relatively unknown voice on the current Swedish music scene. In the eartly spring of 2024, Fias fourth studio album ”Keeper of the Keys” was released, beautifully displaying the brand new soundscape she has built together with producer David Vesterman. The songs speak on the human experience, the ecstasy, pleasure, anxiety and the continuing journey between dark and light. The record describes the growth that comes though intense personal development, often in relationship and it’s hard to distinguish between the artist and the art on this album- the closeness between them creates vibrating sparks.
