Emerging from Deland in Florida, Rap/Hip Hop recording artist Ziploc Ghost (born Tyler Cherry) began hitting the ground running in the music realm in 2006 and since that time has manifested into a versatile and multifaceted artist with his own signature sound and stylization that is innovative and game changing; proving that underground Hip Hop is where the true magic is made. Known for his charismatic rhyming techniques and dynamic lyrical structures, Zip’s style touches on equal parts originality and familiarity; giving his audience a taste of something fresh and authentic, as well as identifiable. His music also stems from a vast array of prominent artist influences including Plies, Lil Phat, Future, among many others over the years. Ziploc Ghost is also known as one of the members from powerhouse Hip Hop group Ziploc Gang, comprised of six elite rappers that gained recognition from their 2012 club bangers “Zip Walking” and “Just Touch Me.” His current solo concept records “3 Feet From Gold” and follow-up project “3 Feet From Gold (Life On The Run)” have built the rising rapper an insatiable street buzz and internet presence since their initial release dates, and is currently working on his next project, slated for release next year.
