KAIA KENA is a Colorado artist and songwriter known for her captivating vocal and folktronic soundscapes. Drawing inspiration from other stand-out artists such as Ellie Goulding, Imogen Heap and Japanese House, Kaia is best described as indie-electronic with pop-songwriter undertones. “The Visual Concept Album” is a 5-song visual EP that weaves themes of fantasy, nature and self-perception. Crowd-funded through Kickstarter, the “Thorns” video won “Best Music Video” in July 2019 at LA International Film Festival, and was featured at several other festivals across the country.
