Hi, we're OfF.Brand, a multi-instrumentalist hip hop duo that fuses elements of jazz and funk with conscious lyricism and quirky peronalities. Whether we’re recording a detuned saxophone in a musty basement, recrafting lyrics for the 8th time, or cooking up some killer breakfast nachos, we push ourselves to create conversational art that promotes togetherness. Caleb, aka Chef Jefe, is OF.B's full stack engineer, and also plays bass, guitar & drums. Kevin, aka K'dub'll, plays the keys and the saxiest of sax riffs. Our new EP, SILLY.BUS, is our first adventure in the world of storytelling. This audio experience is the admittedly the weirdest project we've ever created (quite on brand for OfF.Brand). Our first full length album, ‘orange’ from 2020 is a collaborative piece that embodies contrast. When collaborating with Raiah Granchukoff and Esther Martinez, our softer side is brought to light. With DeepLemon as the mastermind behind 2 nostalgic tracks on Side B, we slip into a more reflective mood. In contrast, when paired with the immaculate production of Chef Jefe and Jordan Scott, a more confident shade of orange is emitted.
