Berlin-based singer-songwriter Haulyma is characterized by her crystal clear, warm, yet powerful voice. In her songs, she combines elements of indie pop, indie folk and soul with strong, memorable melodies. Haulyma doesn't shy away from showing her most vulnerable side, while allowing the fire of her Balkan roots to shine through, in her guitar-led compositions. Haulyma’s journey to Mexico in 2021 was pivotal to her artistry, giving her the time and space to create while living in sync with nature. It is with great respect and humility that she carries the name "Haulyma", originating from the native Huichol language, meaning "light".
