In a world overrun by a government that has oppressed the original inhabitants of the land, corrupted the justice system as well as the medical system, poisoned the food supply, and uses people of high influence as pawns to push their wicked agendas, one man makes it his business to single-handedly put an end to this atrocity. A masked outlaw by the name of BlackMugen makes his presence known and felt as he wages war against the Devil's Empire and anyone who fights on behalf of them. This first saga follows Mugen as he exposes the Empire's agendas and eliminates the pawns little by little with the use of his $word. He also challenges other righteous organizations who claim to be against the system lets it be known that he won't hesitate to end them at the first sight of treachery. It doesn't take long before the Empire gets shaken up by Mugen's words and actions and begin to retaliate by making up lies about him to persuade the people to fear him while conspiring to eliminate him. Mugen is more than aware of just how low the Empire is willing to go to get rid of him and does not care the slightest as he possesses supernatural abilities oblivious to them that will bring them down once and for all.
