Undrafted is a team of Kansas City-based Hip-Hop artists who share not only a love for rap music, but a love for The Lord, Jesus Christ! This is evident in their lyrics and more importantly their lifestyles (imperfectly, of course). The group (comprised of V.Givens, Iroc Truth, Uptown, Hizway, Stevie Da’ Troublemaker and Eric Cohen, God's Disciple and J-Fields) started with a Bible Study and eventually led to 808s, Bass Kicks, Snares and of course Bars! But don’t misunderstand the situation. These are not your average choir boys. In fact, their stories include battles with addiction, mental illness, abuse, being overlooked, under-valued, and underestimated for most of their lives! With varying levels of experience in music, and in the Christian faith, these brothers are on a mission to encourage young and old audiences alike with a message of HOPE, HEALING & VICTORY found in Jesus! They are the unlikely messengers who weren’t good enough, smart enough, talented enough…delivering a message over beats that CHRIST IS ENOUGH! They are the UNDRAFTED!
