English & Spanish Eng: Univity is the formation between the multicultural artist and producer Charlie Santiago (Cres) and the young and versatile producer/composer Gabriel Fernández. It all sparked after a conversation via Skype. Next day they had their first record together. Once Charlie was back in Spain, they talked about making an album together and reunited in Viveiro (Lugo), Gabriel´s home town, to start experimenting with sounds, beats, etc. Out of this first trip they came up with the concept for the album and also the first songs came along. After releasing three singles, the full album is on the way... Todo nació a raíz de un contacto en común que los presentó por internet. Al día siguiente ya tenían un tema juntos, y dada la conexión y una misma dirección musical, decidieron continuar creando material. Con Carlos ya en España se plantean hacer un trabajo juntos y se reúnen en Viveiro (Lugo), tierra natal de Gabriel, para empezar a experimentar con diferentes ritmos y sonidos. De este primer viaje nace el concepto del disco, algunos colaboradores como el batería y percusionista neoyorkino Benny Reiner, ganador de un Grammy por su trabajo en el musical "Hamilton", y las primeras canciones.
