Prince Purposed, from Fayetteville, North Carolina, with a history of music in his blood, including his late Grandfather Solomon Burke, Rock & Roll Hall of famed & Grammy award winner known as the KING of Rock and Soul, whom he accredits from where his natural talent comes. His primary influence in music is his first cousin, Novel, who took him as a teen with him on a national tour while signed with Universal Records, with artists such as T.I., Floetry, The Roots, and Talib Kweli, whom he also collaborated with on a song titled “I owe you.” He has also been honored to work with the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame inductee Daryl McDaniels (DMC) of the legendary rap pioneer group Run DMC, who featured on a song he recorded titled “What You Livin For?” He intends to continue releasing healing sounds to the world with a message of faith and purpose in his music.
