With his debut release, Sweet Rain, dropping in August of 2022 on the Ibiza-based Be Adult Music, Denver-based Cielo quickly gained attention for his organic rhythms and natural, complex, and engaging melodies. In the time since he has earned placements from Beatport & When We Dip’s coveted Best New Organic House playlists. His DJing has also quickly gained attention. Dropping a mix for Elebated Records debut podcast, his moody, groove-heavy showcase earned reposts from Suprematic Sounds and Dance Floor Romancer. Honing his chops in the mid-2010’s in the Chicago recording industry, he worked as a producer in a variety of genres - from pop, drill, metal, to dance... even producing a wild & visionary collaboration between rap legend Twista & Navajo Peyote Chant artists Primeaux and Mike. It was upon moving to Colorado and grounding his soul with a connection to nature that he began to find his own unique voice in the studio with an organic, dancey sound.
