Johnny Segura AKA DJ JON-JOHN was born and raised in Los Angeles, California. He is Peruvian-American. Born in March of 1972, he started his passion for music at an early age listening to his dad's record collection ranging from Jazz,Salsa,Polka, Instrumentals, Latin Jazz and of course, Peruvian folklore, Huaynos, Vals and Negroide. His love for music blossomed into DJing private parties and special events in the 1980's and hasn't stopped since. His influences are Depeche Mode, Kraftwerk, Salsa , Roots Reggae, Classical and HOUSE MUSIC!
