The pair, Kaya Newton and Emin Ahmetoglu, boast a deep and energetic style that reverberates to every corner of the dance floor, emphasizing Afro/Latin/Arabesque melodies and rhythms, skillfully blending the sounds and flavors of their cultures into the music they play, ensuring their audiences experience new and original music on every occasion. As contributors of the 'Afro House' movement in Los Angeles, they have made a name for themselves in the industry, eventually earning them international shows across Europe, Asia, the Middle East and North America. Les Baklavas have performed alongside the likes of world class DJ's such as MoBlack, Caiiro, AMÉMÉ, Tayllor, Hyenah, Alex Wann, Floyd Lavine, Zigan Aldi, Nhii, Da Mike, Natema and others.
