Kostiya is a Moscow born, Hong Kong raised artist currently most active in Vancouver. His work delivers mood through the use of harmonic elements, whether highlighting a chord progression or a bass riff, an overarching theme in his sound can be described as being intuitive. Kostiya runs a label and a brand named Beatsolow, with a few releases in the books and past shows around Hong Kong and Thailand, the label hosts an interesting blend of the sub genres under dance music.
