R.LES RELEASES NEW SINGLES “STAY SAFE & MAPHODISA” Polokwane based artist Lesley Ratsatsi a.k.a R.Les has released a 2 songs to encourage people to stay safe during the corona virus pandemic. His singles “Stay Safe” and “Maphodisa” are upbeat house songs with that greatly loved proudly South African flare. He hopes the songs will keep people happy, dancing and encouraged to be safe during Lockdown. Both songs are inspired by the Corona Virus Pandemic. He is inspired by artists such as Master KG, Makhadzi and Sho Majozi who have not only put the Limpopo sound on the world map but have managed to put South African music in general in the spotlight. R.Les hopes to be the next breakout sensation from the province that seems to be producing SA’s next big talents. Lesley’s biggest motivator is his late mother. She believed in his talent and encouraged him to pursue a career in music since he was young. “I know she is proudly looking down at me from heaven happy that I am finally doing exactly what she always wanted me to do.” said Lesley. because better days will come after the pandemic. In preparation for the festive season, Lesley is currently completing his album which will be released later in the year and aims to uplift people’s spirits and encourage them to keep their hopes high because better days will come after the pandemic.
