Philadelphia-raised musician Maxfield Gast has been widely recognized for his performance as a saxophonist, composer and producer. As a featured artist he has released several albums all on the Militia Hill label. 
Maxfield has constructed an extensive discography having recorded on over 60 albums and has worked with a wide variety of Grammy Award winning artists including Cage The Elephant, Reggie Watts, Louis C.K., Scot Sax and Bakithi Kumalo. He composed and performed the music for all 5 seasons of FX Network’s multi Emmy Award and Golden Globe winning series “Louie” as a member of studio band SweetPro.
