Steve Aliment, ex Yanks, is a singer and songwriter living in Seattle, WA USA. His songs are guitar oriented roots-rock, soul and country influenced with vocal harmony drawn from The Everly Brothers, the Byrds and The Beatles. The album, 150 Tears, was released in the Fall of 2020 and his album, Armadillo Tattoo, was released in December 2021. The band includes Bart Hyde on guitars, and Perry Morgan on drums, and Annie O'Neill on vocals and guitar. Mark Wuesthoff on pedal steel and dobro. Steve plays bass and sings. Steve has also appeared on new singles by Owen Masterson, Debora Iyall and has been joined by Seattle singers Tekla Waterfield and Kim Virant on two of his 2020 songs, Jesus Where’d You Go (Tekla) and We Can Hold Out (Kim). Steve released his latest album, “Long Way To Go", in 2023 with 11 solid songs all featuring Annie O’Neill on vocals. “I’d like to convey what a triumph this is.
