Gaiia was born and raised in Port-au-Prince, Haiti. This multitalented artist adopted a love for writing and performing songs at the tender age of 6. 
 As she grew in age, so did her passion for music. She was inspired by a wide variety of musicians including La Bouche, the raw energy of The Fugees and the sultry essence of Aaliyah. Although she loves house music, she's a free spirited artist. She is not tied to a specific genre. She may be in the mood to sing house today and wake up tomorrow blasting R&B in the comfort of her home studio. 
 Gaiia wants to share her musical flavor with the world, and as she continues to pursue a career in the music industry she majors as an audio engineer at SAE institute.
