Derek Keith is an upcoming Denver-based producer/artist known as UrgeTo Music setting out to blend electronic, funk, soul and hip hop sounds together setting out to craft a unique but inspired sound. Utilizing samples, hardware synthesizers, guitar, bass, and other analog gear UrgeTo is looking to create a sound that celebrates the love of music. In March 2020, the 3-track debut EP 'Roll To The Rhythm' was released in collaboration with Everyman. After this release, they immediately started collaborating throughout the majority of 2020 on the upcoming EP 'Birds of a Feather' released in March 2021. For a third time in April 2021, the duo has teamed to up to release 'Mad Happy', a 4-track EP with a self-titled single which draws a dark inspiration from pop culture, fairy tales, psychedelics, and more.
