Born in the town of Christiana-Manchester, Jamaica to the Parker family, the young KalParkr left home in 2013 in pursuit of becoming the man he always wanted to be. His love for music is true so it’s no surprise that KalParkr is a graduate of the Edna Manley College of Music. 
 His creative ability has been highlighted by his peers throughout the years mostly for being a drummer and background singer. KalParkr has a story to tell about the challenges he overcame. This is why he wants to share these messages so that people who can relate to the experiences will find solace in his musical expressions of said victories. 
 There is no one way of describing KalParkr’s songs but if it were described you would agree that it is mostly a Caribbean style of Hip Hop Praise. You can hear this vibe in his single released in 2021 titled Get closer to the word of God where KalParkr is just expressing the goodness of being of God and not of the world.
