Laurent Denis grew up in France and started playing the piano when he turned 4 years. His parents being classically trained pianists themselves, started teaching him the old classics early on, and pushed him to write his own piano pieces. Laurent Denis moved to Japan and started studying piano with one of the master pianists in Tokyo. Aged 25 Laurent Denis was offered an internship at a film composer studio in Los Angeles. He continued writing his own music and got heavily inspired by composers like @Max Richter and @philip glass
