Eraserhood Sound is the only “synth & soul” label around. Founded in 2019 by collaborators Maxwell Perla and Vincent John, Eraserhood Sound has grown into being a production team and studio as well as a record label. Over time, the two began to cultivate a unique style of music they dubbed “synth & soul.”  In 2021, Eraserhood Sound produced and released Sandro Galileo's infamous, long-lost 1974 Italian film soundtrack Ribelle Di Mare. The LP was performed by the label's intergalactic house band Fantasy 15, who have themselves released several acclaimed 45s via EHS. In addition, the Eraserhood Sound team co-wrote and produced the Kendra Morris (Karma Chief Records) singles "When We Would Ride" and "Catch the Sun". Next, EHS co-wrote and produced the single "Blow My Mind" for the disco-soul songstresses in Say She She. The same year, Eraserhood Sound teamed up with Philadelphia indie soul group Stereo League to co-write and produce their EP Endless Mirage. They followed this timeless collection with another 7", titled Operator, Please / Seasons of Trouble. Eraserhood Sound signed two exciting new artists in the year 2022. The first is Philadelphia based vibraphonist Angelo Outlaw. His debut 7" Time Traveler / Silent Horizon is a modern soul jazz classic. The second signing is Abby Jeanne, a New York based multi-media artist with a powerhouse voice that recalls soulful legends like Etta, Aretha, and Amy. Both artists have exciting projects slated for release in 2023.
