I’m a cellist and I compose stuff. I love to work in all kinds of styles but I have a particular love for space and simplicity. I love light but also the dark. Beauty is to be found even in there. I aim to create something that will hopefully provide you with somewhere to sit and feel understood. I seek to understand myself and others through music, and to offer empathy to us humans. I mostly write about the environment and my reflections on human experience. I write for, and play with, silo string quartet as well as many popular artists and contemporary classical ensembles. I’m inspired by the works of Arvo Pärt and Steve Reich among others. Above all, I seek to share with you my deeper thoughts, just in case you feel the same.
