Cebuano singer-songwriter Kent Conel Villacarlos, better known by his stage name Kent Conel, was raised in Madridejos, Hailing from Cebu. The man who find it hard to express his thoughts and feelings verbally but chooses music to do so instead. At a young age he began composing songs and exploring different genres in an attempt to widen his musical horizons. In his senior year, Kent Conel participated in the Cesafi singing competition on behalf of a large University in Cebu, after that he continue to work on writing songs that tell stories and make the listener feel a variety of ways.
