First gaining attention in early 2019 under the name Gucci Skadouchi, the now called “Alex Acy” 17 year old Montreal native mixes laid back wavy flows on bounce heavy productions on songs like "all in", "motorola" & "benz truck shawty" as well as dramatic alternative sounds reminiscent of late 10's underground on tracks like "FRIENDS", "alter ego" & "MLV". Using influences from southern guitar cuts, airy synths and melodies, Alex and frequent collaborators french producer Kofi Bae and long time friends Robinhood & 14TEEN try to redefine the boundaries of genres whilst creating a vibe inducing mix of nostalgia and youthful daydreaming.
