Animated were a 4-piece grunge-pop band from the Yorkshire area in England. Active between 2012-2015. In that time they had performed many shows in the UK and formed their self titled, debut album. They released a 3 track EP titled 'All You Need To Know' in 2013, with tracks taken from their upcoming album, to promote its release. Going on to release the full album in 2014. A live album was recorded that same year of a selection of tracks from their debut. They reunited for one show in 2018 and released their live album in 2020, titled 'Live at Plug' after the venue in Sheffield where it was recorded. Animated share their Spotify profile with a covers band and a digital music project under the same name. Their releases are unrelated to the 4-piece band as described in this bio.
