Tuncer Tunceli, a guitarist, arranger, composer and lyricist with more than 30 years of experience, began his professional music career in the Anatolian Rock band “Edip Akbayram and Friends” when he was just 19 years old. The key figure, on the other hand, in his studio musician career is Ahmet Koç, with whom he worked in many productions. Tunceli, who has taken part as an electric guitarist in around 350 Rock and Pop albums, has also accompanied on stage names such as Leman Sam, Mirkelam, Ferhat Göçer, Larry O’Neil and Keisa Brown. With various bands he founded or joined, he performed on iconic venues of the Turkish rock music culture such as Kemancı, Mojo, and Hayal Kahvesi. He has released with Zaga Band, which he founded in 2011, the album “Z Raporu”, consisting of his own lyrics and compositions. Today Tunceli continues to contribute to Blues music with his personal projects and the Tuncer Tunceli Blues Band that he has founded. He works at the same time as film and commercials composer, also as music director and guitarist in Okan Bayülgen productions, where he has been composing and arranging all jingles and stage music.
