Los Angeles-based guitar phenom Chalan Ford has been a performing artist since childhood, introduced to music and the stage at an early age. Coming from a musical family exposed him to different styles of music including hard rock, R&B, hip-hop, jazz, gospel, and classical. This variety of musical genres has heavily influenced his own musical style. At a very young age, he began to study music—learning to play the trumpet and piano.
