Luis M Vazquez aka Luie Rackz raised in East Houston, Texas. Growing up in East Houston circumstances forced Luie to be a Professional Barber. Since his he was a child, he discovers his talent for music and singing. When Luie was 13, he started dominating Freestyle and improvisation until today. Luie became blind due to a lack of oxygen in his body, sleep apnea, cardiovascular problems and edema in 2019. Since them he started to record his freestyle and lyrics on his phone, going to the studio and record by memory all his songs. One of Luie's quotes is: "Is always darker before dawn" referring that problems seems the biggest right before they start to get better.
