Kind Kid, or the “post-emo loner” he sometimes likes to call himself, is an independent artist from Arlington, Texas. Growing up he was exposed to live music in multiple genres including Country, New Wave, Rock & Punk. Now based in New York City & mixing all of his influences into one sound, Kind Kid makes music that most have a hard time labeling. Some might say Alternative Rock, while some might say Rap.
