My name is Noah Aronson. I’m a recording artist, composer, performer and intentional mover. I create music and interactive experiences at the intersection of wellness and creativity. Growing up, ADHD was framed for me as a ‘’disability' and something that needed to be fixed within my mind. In my artistic journey however, I discovered that ADHD was actually the same pathway towards my creativity. Whereas I once experienced my life through the lens of depression and anxiety and was prescribed powerful antidepressants to combat these disorders, I now pursue a deeper medicine, combining my music and embodied wellness practices to experience unbounded joy and creativity. I am currently residing in Williamsburg, Brooklyn and have been making music in sacred spaces for 15 years. My melodies are used in spiritual communities worldwide and can be accessed on all streaming. You can also order recordings and sheet music right here on my website. “The ReVoice Method” I developed the 'ReVoice Method' as a tool to unlock creativity in the body. By listening into the body and moving intentionally, the ReVoice method guides us to create spontaneous vocal expressions of rhythm, harmony and melody. Ultimately through this practice we are reminded that all of us are natural 'Creatives.'
