Born and raised in Miami, Little Haiti, Florida. Young Devious has a phenomenal way of attracting his audience with his tuneful, melodic, and lyrical sound. From elementary school to current, music has played a major role in his life even after losing his grandmother, best friend, and father. These losses caused Young Devious to become more motivated and zealous. Being the youngest child of six and growing up in Little Haiti, Young Devious was too tied up with music to be in the streets. He was in the school band where he played the snare drum and any other percussion instruments. He was elected as section leader of the percussion line. Young also taught himself how to play the piano by using his strong ear for music. Young Devious has contributed his talent to many venues, contests, open mic events and even won the grand prizes a few times. Some accomplishments that he has fulfilled are dropping mixtapes BeastMode (2012) and TurnUpSeason (2016). He continued when he made hit single named “Fire” in 2019, which he filmed overseas (Haiti). After filming the video to “Fire”, he returned home to sone tragic news that his not only best friend, but one of his biggest inspirations, Hollywoodyoo, had taken his life, six months prior to his fathers death.
