Originally from Nova Scotia Canada, King West is an Alberta, Canada based Hip Hop artist that focuses on more of a story telling aspect within his music while keeping an ample amount of energy with every song. Facing trials and tribulations, King West used music as an outlet. Not only to express emotions but to also create music other people can relate to while utilizing wordplay, different flows, and energy. King West grew up in Port Hawkesbury, Nova Scotia; a small town with a population of 3,000 with a very little music scene.
