Joshua Callen Clifford (born November 12, 1998), known professionally as Kali Freshman is a South African rapper and producer . He is considered to be a promising rap figure in his generation, with his music broadening the modern sound of hip hop and trap music. Known for his playful flows and bouncy production ,Kali initially released a series of independent singles beginning in 2015 to SoundCloud with ‘You Know Me Well’ and ‘What You Want’ leading the way. In early 2020, he signed with an Independent Label. Since then Kali has been in his ‘music stride’ releasing singles such as “Go for none” and “Top Speed” and plenty more to come including his debut project rumored to be released early 2022. A lot is to be expected of Kali Freshman.
