Discovered at various music competitions: "The Coca-Cola pop star" in Uganda in 2003 where he achieved the 4th place over 8,500 participants. "East African Idols" in Nairobi (Kenya) in 2008, where he ended 9th over 25,000 participants, KODE sings LOVE With his beautiful and melodious voice, he is highly appreciated by women, : Nshuti and Impeta, released in his home country Rwanda in 2005 became number one on all Rwandan radios. In 2010, KODE released his first album, "ME", that earned him a nomination in the top ten Rwandan best artists -the "PGGSS award» (Primus Guma Guma Super Star). It was also aired in all Rwandan radios and on Ugandan and Kenyan radios too. Settled in Belgium, KODE released a Pop and R&B EP: "ONE" in 2013 that introduced him to the Belgian public. Songs from that EP were played in Belgian, Rwandan, Ugandan and Tanzanian radios and televisions. In 2014, KODE released Ikirungo and Sinzahinduka ft Urban Boyz that were N°1 in Rwanda for several weeks and were also played on NTV2 and TV 10 ; televisions that cover the entire Africa. Sinzahinduka was also played on BeBlak TV. In 2018, KODE released his second EP with Four Afro Urban Music love songs: 4J. The first single from that EP: “Vitamina” received the Merits Awards in Brussels. Vitamina has been played on all radios in Rwanda and on some Radios in Congo DRC, Uganda and Belgium.
