Impac thee Illest (A.k.a ILLBoy FrE$h) is an Emcee from the South of Ontario ca, Inland Empire. Influenced mostly by East Coast 90s Boom Bap, Impac combined his Cali swag and lyrical prowess forming a style as Urban street with conscious Rap. Though, It would be wrong to place him in any one Genre. Given a rough life, Impac chose to learn from his surroundings, finding music as an outlet; not only for escaping his frustrations but as well as for expressing his thoughts, theories and lessons; using them for more than entertainment but as an influence to outreach those whom may have been given the shorter hand of their upbringings, as had this young Mexican male, making a stand to overcome obstacles and break barriers rather than becoming another statistic.
