SHAISLIKE is a musician from Brooklyn, New York that has been honing his skills in songwriting for several years. Originally a member of the group The Upperclass Men, he has performed and headlined at several of New York’s premier venues such as Bowery Ballroom and Webster Hall. He released his first solo project ‘This Should Be Played At High Volume’ in 2016 followed by ‘Good For Health Bad for Education’ in 2019. Inspired by anime/manga, counterculture, punk and the emo sounds of the early 2000s, ISLIKE’s music stretches the norms of conventional hip hop to emote the story of a forward thinking creative. When he’s not making music or going to his friend’s shows you can find him watching anime, running his Future Gohan Instagram page (@futuregohxn) or designing clothes.
