Born in Istanbul. Dj, visual artist, guitar / woodwinds player and co-founder of experimental bands Konstrukt and Karkhana. He has also recorded two duet albums with Thurston Moore (of Sonic Youth) and Graham Massey (of 808 State). At an early age, he started to listen to avant garde music and played guitar until the end of 90’s although his interest to electronic music led him to work as a dj in local clubs and to perform as an electronic music artist under moniker P.O.P before leaving the turntables behind and returning to play guitar again in 2006.
