Based in the small town of Paris, TN, Jaaz, born Ejaaz Tate, offers musical diversity that the industry craves for. Taking influences from a broad range of genres, including, but not limited to, rap, alternative, R&B, and more, the rising artist displays the beauty of music when it unifies to create one cohesive masterpiece. 
 Born in Memphis, TN, before moving to Chicago, IL at the age of five, and eventually Paris, TN six years later, Jaaz is familiar with adapting to different environments, and the music realm is no exception. His debut single, Fire Burning (feat. Gin Cooley) showcases a fusion of spoken word poetry, ambient vocals, trap style beats, along with synthesized vocals reminiscent of more prominent acts of Bon Iver or Kanye West. 
 Jaaz is currently a Music Production major at Bethel University in McKenzie, TN, only fifteen minutes up the road from Paris, TN.
