Having been performing for over ten years, 2018 was one of the most jam packed for the 27 year old Basingstoke, UK rapper. Appearances on BBC Radio, nightclubs throughout the south, festivals including supporting Wilkinson on the Main Stage at BLOVE Festival and the front page of the Basingstoke Gazette were just the tip of things. 2019 is set to be massive. 
 After the release of E.P. White Boy With Culture – Signal’s seventh release and third studio release - the young star has grown more assured and astonishing with each new offering. Inspired by contemporaries Wretch 32 and Kojo Funds- in addition to US acts like Eminem and Biggie Smalls- Signal offers something both fresh and familiar: music that will not only appeal to hard-core fans of Hip-Hop, Rap, and Grime- songs that transcend borders and tastes. Throw in support slots with the likes of Chip, Sneakbo; Wretch 32 and Paigey Cakey- quite an impressive and accomplished C.V. 
 Signal studied at The Academy of Contemporary Music (gaining a Music Production degree) and quickly established himself as one of the most dedicated and hard working musicians in the south. 
 At the heart of things is Dan Amps (the man behind Signal) and his warm, down-to-Earth personality. Somebody committed to music-making and spreading his message: that drive, determination, and passion are starting to reap rewards.
