NEW ALBUM "DREAMING PIECES" OUT NOW! Dreaming Pieces is Reese's 2nd full-length album. Its founding sound is an energetic and melodic alternative rock like the band’s previous works but there was a general evolution in the songwriting since more attention was paid to the songs’ melody and fluency. “The lyrics were written on a quite complicated period of my personal life and they reflect my fluctuating mood at the time. I had to deal with the death of my beloved grandmother and the beginning of my mother’s disease. At the same time I received the beautiful news that I would become a father but I was afraid not to be up to the task” (Carlo Sturati). BIO Reese are an energetic and melodic alternative rock band founded in 2006 in Vicenza (Northeastern Italy). In the early years the band performed at some local venues and released 3 self-produced EPs: “Just Human Words”, “View From The Tree” and “Under The Carpet”. In 2014 REESE won some local contests, also opening for some artists of international fame. After an intense live activity, in 2017 the band released its first album “Black Russian”, promoted with gigs in Italy, Germany, Czech Republic, Latvia and Lithuania. In 2019 the band recorded its 2nd album “Dreaming Pieces”. Due to the pandemic, the release date was postponed from 2020 to April 22, 2022 via Sorry Mom!/Artist First.
