Dan Summonte is a multi-genre recording artist and producer born in New Jersey based out of Bradley Beach. He started playing the piano at 8 years old, singing for the family at 10 and hasn’t looked back since. Summonte writes his own lyrics, produces his own beats, records and engineers everything himself in his home studio. In 2016 Summonte released his first mixtape entitled “MISBEHAVIOR” while attending SAE Institute of New York alongside his producing peers. From 2016-2021 Summonte helped to build the brand of OCDMusicNJ. He’s released numerous original singles, 3eps (Detour, Roadblocks, Revengeville) and his first album entitled “Pigeon Man.” Summonte is certainly no stranger to stress, a lack of confidence, anxiety, and the will to speak up when needed. As these issues followed throughout his journey, he’d soon realize they would only interfere with his vision to be free and make a name for himself. That being said, music has been an outlet for Summonte to overcome these personal obstacles, express his life story, and finally speak his unheard side.
