The Odd One is a Hip-hop artist, Bassist, Producer and Audio Engineer hailing from Albany, New York. He embarked on his journey in Hip-hop in 2012. He marked his debut with the release of his first album and earned recognition by opening for Mobb Deep during their 20th Anniversary Tour stop in Albany. Subsequently, he secured more bookings, performing alongside acclaimed artists like Smif-N-Wessun, Diabolic and Slaine, in addition to numerous smaller gigs. His sophomore release would follow in 2014. Notably, The Odd One takes pride in being a self-sufficient artist, handling his production and engineering responsibilities. However, he also collaborates with select individuals who contribute their production expertise from time to time. Namely AUBSELETE of The Splitting. In 2016, The Odd One decided to take a hiatus due to significant life changes, yet he remained dedicated to honing his skills behind the scenes, tirelessly crafting beats and verses. As of 2022, The Odd One made a return, releasing new projects and hitting the scene once more.
