Dj Catch is a scratch Dj from Brighton UK. Starting his career in the early 2000's in Tunbridge Wells alongside Defcon Records, Chameleon Records and Baggy Flag Records and a weekly residency alongside the Scratch Perverts Dj First Rate. After Moving to Brighton he spent the next 6 years working alongside MANY local producers, MC's, DJ's and warming up for some of the greats that toured through Brighton. Dj Krush, Kid Koala, Diamond D & Sadat X, Mr Thing, Kashmere, Verb T, Skinnyman, Jehst, Tommy Evans & Rum Com to name a few. A regular at Slipjam & Allycats, DJing alongside Tyni and other local artists. Regularly featuring as a scratch dj for local UK hip hop artists such as Fliptrix, Longusto, Digit and more, Dj Catch has now moved more into production and has a Dj Krush influenced Trip hop style and is now located in New Zealand on the flip side of the globe. As well as production and features Dj Catch has released a number of mixtapes, (due to the content can't be uploaded for streaming) such as "The Scratchphrase", "HipHoperations", "The RIP Mix" as well as a few for Chameleon Records back in the day. New mainly instrumental Album due approximately late 2019.
