Houston-based artist Peanut has quickly distinguished himself and received respect among a new wave of artists rising out of his city. His unique style that blends hip-hop, pop, R&B, and Latin influences is a clear reflection of his Dominican roots and a keen understanding of the music that has defined this generation. Listeners are quickly engaged by his melodic flows, catchy rhythms, and feel-good lyrics. In 2016 he released his first single “Wrong Lately” which was well received with over 25k plays across all platforms. Following this success he released his initial EP “Inside Out,” followed by a 2017 release titled “A Little Change,” both of which garnered thousands of plays on Soundcloud. In 2018 Peanut is returning with his third project “Jelly” featuring stand out tracks “Señorita” & “Let Go.”
