Gio Varchi is a singer-songwriter of Taiwanese-Italian heritage, born in New York City and now based in Tokyo. Her journey to Japan was fueled by a deep-rooted fascination with Japanese culture, and it was here that she found her creative home within the INIMI collective. Gio’s music, influenced by soul and alternative R&B, carries an earthy rawness that flows through her vocals and lyrics. ニューヨーク生まれ、台湾とイタリアのルーツを持つシンガーソングライター。現在は東京を拠点に活動し、INIMIコレクティブの一員として創作を続けている。長年の日本文化への深い関心により日本へ移住し、そこで自分の表現の場を見つけた。ソウルとオルタナティブR&Bの影響を受けた音楽は、滑らかな声質と内面的な歌詞、そして土の香りを感じさせるようなナチュラルな響きを特徴としている。
