Delroy Wagner, known as Kai the Dragon, is a South African based drummer and producer - - secondarily a songwriter, rapper, and solo artist out of the small city of Pietermaritzburg. Kai is a founding member of 3 Cord Collective alongside Yum-K and Abie. Kai has worked alongside artists like The Team Rsa Brandon Gospel, and KDaVine to name a few. Kai the Dragon was an integral part of Lil Prodigys debut EP Mutatis being nominated for a Crown Gospel Award, in the category of Best Gospel Rap. Kai started drumming from the age of 8 years, and has played for Idols winner Vincent Bones and The Voice contestant Eden Myrrh. After 15 years of experience as a drummer, Kai took his love for rhythm and grooves, and transitioned into producing. Kai has also run live shows for Chris Chameleon Lux Kent, Dan Patlansky, and international acts such as Preston Perry and Jackie Hill Perry.
