KnowRayJones is a recording artist, writer, and producer from Houston, TX. He released his first project titled: Somas and Salem 100’s and upon completion, he moved to Chicago to pursue his passion and dreams. During this time he was cast as an extra in the Spike Lee directed/produced movie, Chi-Raq, and also recorded his second project, Somas and Salem 100’s 2. Life brought Jones back home to Houston. This is where he was inspired to create his third project, “Only Time Will Tell”. Jones spent time working on the project, Sophia’s Beach House after learning to play the guitar, took vocal lessons, and sat with his thoughts. After a Road trip to LA Ray created his album, Acres Homes. Ray Jones continues to be involved in the complete process of creating his art; recording, producing, engineering, mixing and mastering all of his songs.
