Jhazahra is one of Jamaica's most talented upcoming artistes. She is well rounded in her gifts as she sings & deejay, initially stepping into the music industry with tracks she produced herself. She released her debut single Ring the Alarm in December 2021, in the midst of the covid-19 pandemic after she decided to not return to University and pursue her musical dreams. Jhazahra's style & delivery can be described as hardcore, rootsy, dub, mixed with a little conscious Dancehall & laced with lyrics. "Reggae has my heart. Reggae is my bonafide." she says. After releasing the single Headline with producer IffaCush in February 24, 2023, she gained attention both on the local & international scene, especially in the UK diaspora. After a 1 year hiatus, Jhazahra teamed up with long time friend & producer Treydrumz to create her newest single, SoundKilla released on February 25, 2024 followed by a music video a month later. She is currently set to release a slew of songs throughout the duration of 2024.
