American Cyclops started as an exercise in letting go. I (Blake) have spent years immersed in music and for too long attempted to force songs out of me. I didn't truly come into my own until very recently, and I'm still discovering where I might go. My debut album "Tom, Do You Have Anything Sharp On You?" is a culmination of years of sonic exploration and experimentation. It is also a story about a man named Tom who is going through a rough time. I hope you like it.
